In real life, I am 22 years old and live just north of Boston, Massachusetts. I am a Nationally certified massage therapist and I work at a day spa in one of the touristy towns on the coast. I am engaged to be married (and have been for a while) to a wonderful guy who I've been with for seven years. We have a cat, Aleister, and two fighting fish, Apolonius and Musashi. I am currently not riding, unfortunately. Though, I rode for about 12 years as a kid, mostly in hunters. My hope is to be able to afford a horse within the next year and I hope to get an Arabian. O yes, and Joelle is my real name.
In SIM, I run what I like to think of as a rather successful, multi-discipline showing and breeding facility. Darjeeling has exsisted in one form or another since about late '04/early '05. It started as my stable for the game Equus Unlimited, where I eventually became Vice President. DSC happily resided in EU until spring of last year. As EU started to die a slow, painful death, I discovered All-Sim and moved my stable out into this community.
My focus has always been working western horses, mostly stock horses. But with my stock horse program rolling along with the now famous Batman at it's head, I've decided it's time to focus on bringing non-stock horse working western horses into the spotlight. I am currently developing Morgan and Arabian working western strings that hopefully will be the talk of the circuits this year. DSC also has several other dicipline show strings currently competing. From eventing to saddleseat, western pleasure and hunters, my goal is to provide the SIM community with well bred, well trained horses to fit every need.
